HOW IT WORKS

Browse our collection and let us know what you are loving via a wishlist. You can begin submitting your wishlist by adding all of your favorite pieces on the Collections page (link this text to collections page). Struggling to get started? Feel free to give us a ring or schedule a showroom appointment with our easy to use booking link.

Once your wishlist is received, it will be held as a proposal for 10 days. During that time, we will come alongside you to make suggestions, changes, and gather details on your event. Let us help you dream up your event by adding a curated mood deck during this phase of the process.

Feel good about your rental list? Let’s get that locked in. A 50% deposit is required to secure your personalized proposal. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event date.

Kick your feet back, grab a drink, and enjoy your event. Our team will take care of the rest.

Details

  • Your order is confirmed by the 50% deposit. We accept credit cards (4% processing fee), ACH, and check. Ask your sales rep for more details!

    Final payment is due 10 days prior to your rental period. You must be paid in FULL for us to show up to your event.

  • Orders may be canceled up to 30 days prior to the event. However, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

    Orders canceled 7 days prior to the event will be billed in full.

  • If your order does not meet our delivery minimum, we offer self-serve pick up from our warehouse. Please arrive within the time on your contract, and bring the appropriate vehicle for the items. If your vehicle is not appropriate for the pick up, the items will not be released to you. Please provide your own moving blankets and helping hands.

    Note: Some times are not eligible for pickup. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for more information.

  • We offer delivery on all orders that meet our delivery minimum. We deliver to Columbus and beyond! Ask your sales rep for more details.

  • On occasion an item is damaged, you are responsible for the damage fee. Items that are broken are charged a replacement fee. We require a credit card on file for damages. Items returned with stains are charged a cleaning fee.

  • The cleaning and maintenance fee covers overall wear and tear on the items. This covers minor scuffs or stains that can be removed or fixed by our team. This does not cover damage.

  • Showroom tours are by appointment only. We offer appointments M-F 9:00 am-4:00 pm.
